Comparing available reviews from Google, Trustpilot & residents
Compare coliving brands and properties using reviews, locations and CI Scores.
CI Score is a review-based comparison score from 0–100, not a guarantee of quality. Higher scores reflect higher available ratings. Ordinary brand scores use review-count-weighted ratings; counts are weights, not bonuses. A property score blends 70% of its own review rating converted to 100 points with 30% of its parent-brand CI Score.
Read the review count, sources and recent comments alongside the score. A small review count gives less evidence; a large count does not guarantee authenticity or a good stay. Missing data can lower a score: missing property components count as zero, not reweighted.
Coliving is housing where residents have their own room or living space and share some facilities, such as kitchens or lounges. The layout, services and community activities vary by operator and property.
Coliving can make meeting people and managing a move easier when shared spaces, furnished rooms or bundled services are offered. Tradeoffs can include less privacy, shared-space noise and house rules. Check what is included, total costs and contract terms for each space.
CI Score is a review-based comparison score from 0–100. Ordinary brands combine ratings linked to the brand and its properties, including resident reviews. Ratings on a 1–10 scale are divided by two. Each source's average on the 1–5 scale is converted to 100 points and weighted by its review count. The result is rounded to a whole number and limited to 0–100. Counts are weights, not bonuses; recent reviews receive no extra weight. For example, 100 reviews averaging 4.5/5 and 50 averaging 4.0/5 give 86.67 points, rounded to 87.
No. ColivingIndex brings together available Google, Trustpilot and resident reviews, but imported reviews are not all independently verified. Source coverage can be incomplete and update times vary. Counts indicate the amount of available evidence and weight brand averages; they are not authenticity guarantees. Read sources, review dates and individual comments, especially when there are few reviews. A score is not a guarantee of a good stay.
Compare the individual property's reviews, location, room layout and shared facilities, not just its brand score. Ask the operator to confirm availability, the total price including fees and deposits, included services, minimum stay, cancellation terms, accessibility needs and house rules. Directory information and advertised from-prices do not confirm vacancy or a final booking price.
