Great place and amazing Staff!

I am impressed every day by the thoughtfulness, service, and prompt responses of all the staff. Not only do they greet me warmly, but everyone is also friendly and easy to talk to. The lounge is very comfortable to use, and overall, it makes for a wonderful stay! Thank you always.

Great location, clean and orderly apartment perfect for a longer-term stay. Thaya at the concierge was especially helpful getting me situated and making my stay enjoyable. The housekeeping staff was also terrific.

Quite possibly the worst experience in hospitality I’ve endured in all my years. The food options in breakfast added up to a grand total of zero if you’re a vegetarian (unless you don’t mind indulging yourself in eating out of a plastic box with stale food). I had given a shirt for laundry, the laundry team spilled bleach on it and ruined the item, later upon complaining the management conveniently kept dragging the issue till I was a few hours away from checking out, pointing fingers to the third party laundry service and claiming that I damaged my own shirt in hopes to claim the $15 dollar damage fee for a shirt worth $50. Pathetic hospitality aside, such a proposition doesn’t even make quantitative sense. Interestingly, they were extremely efficient in charging me $20 dollars + tax for a lost keycard, a process that’s oftentimes free in competing establishments. When questioned, they conveniently point fingers at the “SOPs” and their laundry partners that they’re supposed to work in tandem with. Wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone unless you’re only looking to find a place to spend the night and a greater part of your day to explore country.

A great place to stay. Very comfortable and great acess to public transport. It's very easy to walk to many areas too.
