THE BEST place for families, since apartments have two rooms and one living room with a complete American Kitchen!
The service is very good, complementary transportation, breakfast included, complementary snacks
Well located near shops, cafes and restaurants, a Bus stop (400m), and 900m from the Orchard Subway Station.

Disappointing handling of a room-category substitution - will not stay again.
I have stayed at Treetops before and specifically returned because I liked the layout of their 1-Bedroom Superior apartment. I have also stayed at other serviced apartments in Singapore, so I had other options. I chose Treetops again specifically because I had previously been very satisfied with the workspace and layout of this particular apartment category.
I booked the 1-Bedroom Superior approximately two months in advance, specifically because of its layout and work area. I travel for work, and the desk location and open space around it were important to me. In the 1-Bedroom Superior, I can work comfortably without having a bed directly behind me and with enough space to move around freely.
Upon arrival, I was placed in a 2-Bedroom apartment with a completely different layout, and the second bedroom was locked. I was told the room category I had booked was not available. In other words, I was knowingly assigned a different room category and layout than the one I had reserved.
The standard response was that I had received a “free upgrade” because I was given a 2-Bedroom apartment. That argument made very little sense. First, the second bedroom was locked, so I was not actually given full use of a “2-Bedroom apartment”. Second, I am traveling alone. What exactly am I supposed to do with two bedrooms? The extra bedroom had no value to me. What mattered was the specific layout and workspace I had deliberately booked.
What made the situation worse was the way it was handled. After arriving in Singapore following a 26-hour journey, I then spent approximately three hours trying to resolve this issue.
I also found the management response very unprofessional. The manager, Weeny, initially remained in the background while the front desk agent dealt with the situation. She only came to the front desk after I called Expedia and specifically requested to speak with a manager. For a situation involving the hotel knowingly substituting a different room category, I would have expected the manager to take ownership of the issue from the beginning.
Eventually, the hotel removed the bed from the second bedroom so that the room could be turned into a proper workspace. I appreciate that they ultimately found a practical solution, but it should never have taken three hours of discussion and an escalation through Expedia to get there.
The core issue remains: bigger does not automatically mean better, and calling something an “upgrade” does not make it equivalent to the room a guest intentionally selected and booked.
Had Treetops contacted me before arrival and explained that my reserved category was unavailable, I could have considered my options. Instead, I arrived after a very long journey to find that I had already been assigned a different category and layout with a locked second bedroom, and I then had to spend hours pushing for a workable solution.
For a serviced residence catering to business travelers, I expected much better handling of a confirmed reservation — particularly from a property I had stayed at before and deliberately chose over other serviced apartments in Singapore because of the workspace.

I stayed here for 1 month with my family when moving to Singapore. We had a great experience. The staff are excellent - everyone across front desk maintenance and housekeeping does a great job. The rooms were older but spacious and well maintained (not an easy task in this climate) and the highlight was the huge resort pool.

I stayed here for 5 days from 6th
Sep to 12th. The very first day when I came to check in, the front desk person Ahmed is seems to be very rough character.
He roughly told me to come back after 2 pm for room as I reached at around 8.30 am. At 2 pm he told your room is on the other side the direction he was showing sitting on his chair. As a first timer I could not Undrrstand where is the lift etc or I have to take help of another giest there. Then when I started asking, is there anyone to show, then he came with angry face. I got a feeling of as if I am in a police station and it has literally stopped me to even face the hotel staff. Last day of my stay I have asked the operation head or GM’snumber or to meet but being Saturday they told not available.
Finally there was Mr Ronny came and told I am the duty manager and he is overall front desk manager.
Poor training to staff and staff acting like a boss as if the guests are beggars. Never saw such adamant staff/person like Ahmed
2. I left 2 items in the room unfortunate One is tea pot
And another one jeans. Tea pot they replied they have when i called but of course the jeans they said not available. So where is the jeans?? I have my doubt housekeeping staff not disclosing.
I stayed most of the hotels in Singapore’ mostly Hyatt. Sangarila
Marriot Good wood , MBS
But nowhere I felt such a very rude attitude of front desk staff.
Anyway totally unfit for this job .
Need younger staff in front office
Getting older they become adamant.
This is the feeling of mine
Room no 3-133
It was very very bad experience as fat as I am concerned in any hotel I have ever stayed.
Otherwise a good hotel
Well maintained no complaint.

Location is great, easily accessible by foot to the shopping district yet quietly tucked away from the hustle bustle of traffic and noise.
Rooms are a little dated but clean and kitchenette has everything one needs.
Breakfast is nothing to shout about, quality could be better but the basics are there like cereals, bread and congee so don’t expect a feast but it fills the tummy.

I wanted to write a good review after staying here for 3 weeks already, but sadly I cannot. Up until today, we've had a very nice cleaner lady. Today I returned to my room and notice different cleaners were there. I walked in and said hello and they seemed to be hurry to finish up and leave.
After the cleaners left, I went to the bathroom and noticed the smell what resembled my medicinal plaster. I later discover that one of my medicinal plasters is missing in my bathroom. I know this because I opened up the 5-pack yesterday and required my partner to help me apply it. That means there is 4 left in the pack.
I spoke to front desk who claims there is a policy that customers belongings are not allowed to be touched (that's funny, because how are you supposed to straighten my shoes in the hallway without touching them?). She later informed me that the cleaner did notice the plaster pack in the bathroom but does not know the quantity.
I now realised one of my face masks is missing. I bought a pack of 10 on my arrival, used one for every week I've been here. There's 6 left instead of 7. Who knows what else has gone missing in the apartment, let alone the bathroom?
If Treetops Executive Residences doesn't take small incidents like this seriously, I don't want to imagine how they treat serious incidents.
I am not inclined to stay here again.

Treetops Executive Residences was the perfect accommodation for me in Singapore. The combination of luxurious apartments, a tranquil atmosphere, and a central location makes this place an excellent choice – for both short and long stays.
The apartments are very spacious, modernly furnished, and superbly equipped. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds, the fully equipped kitchen, and the lovely balcony where I could relax. You immediately feel at home here.
The entire complex is also beautifully designed. The large pool, the well-maintained gardens, and the sports and leisure facilities create a relaxing atmosphere. Despite the central location, it is pleasantly quiet.
The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, and any questions were answered immediately. The service was first-class throughout my entire stay.
With its proximity to Orchard Road, as well as restaurants and public transportation, the location is ideal for easily exploring Singapore.
I wholeheartedly recommend Treetops Executive Residences to everyone. The combination of comfort, excellent service, and perfect location made my stay unforgettable. I would come back anytime and wholeheartedly give it five stars!

Really nice place to stay, we were also impressed by the daily service of the apartment and the friendly and efficient staff. The huge pool is great too. Breakfast was good but not amazing.
