I've lived here for three years, and the experience has been perfect in every aspect. The staff are warm and attentive, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, the public facilities are excellent, and the location is superb—a five-minute walk to the Mid-Levels Escalator, a 15-minute walk to Central, and a 40-minute walk to The Peak. If I have the opportunity to stay in Hong Kong for an extended period, I will definitely choose TP again. Five-star review and highly recommended.

Nice service. All the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Good location. Very convenient to the city center. Very new and nice decoration and good accommodation.

I lived in Townplace SoHo for over three years. Its location is superb, with excellent facilities, making it an ideal choice for those working in Central. It's a 5-minute walk from Lan Kwai Fong and a 10-minute walk from the International Finance Centre, and you can easily reach it by escalator. I have many wonderful memories of living here. Now that I'm returning to my home country to continue my career, I'll definitely come back to stay here again if I have the chance to visit Hong Kong.

Located on Caine Road in Central, this is a premium rental unit in the Mid-Levels! An excellent choice for professionals working in the Central area!

Lived here for 5 months in a furnished serviced apartment. We had a great time staying here. The location is fantastic, close to Central with its energetic vibe but also slightly at the outskirts of the vibrant area where it is slightly calmer. Rooms are fresh and tidy. Some of the equipment could be upgraded, eg the TV is quite old and the kitchen counter is made of plastic. But otherwise it feels newly renovated with ok storage options, a really nice bathroom and great beds. AC units are really good - we had 3 in our 2 bedroom apartment. With regards to the rest of the building, you have access to an amazing roof top with views of Hong Kong skyline and a pool area at floor 1 including fresh gym, sauna, and lounge area. Gym could be upgraded with some additional equipment but it has all the essentials. Coffee is provided in the lounge. The best part however with our stay here was the personnel. Super friendly and helpful and very quick at replying via WhatsApp. If we had any issues with the room we received support very quickly and they even sometimes helped us to book a table at a Chinese restaurant (mandarin / Cantonese requires). Bonus for putting the Football World Cup on the big TV screen on floor 1 as well. Finally, there is also a network you can join where events are arranged for Townplacers. Joined a few of those and had a great time there. Specifically good when you’re new to the city. Thank you Townplace for a great stay - will cherish our memories from here!
