Good service apartments, lots of storage space in the apartment. Helpful service staff. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast is very average, can skip. Location wise this is perfect - right opposite Bencoolen mrt

Very confortable and spacious rooms. Actually, you expect a room but enter into a spacious apartment with real living room. All necessary confort inside, good beds. I read some reviews that it's somewhat old, but it is not, at least not the rooms. Good and big pool on top floor, although it can be a bit windy. kind and effective housekeeping staff. Checking simple and effective. Great location close to 2 metro stations, not far from most attractions. Price wise, it's not really cheap, but all hotels in Singapore are expensive.

Second stay here, 7 nights 1 bedroom. Very quiet and staffs are very quick to respond. Will stay again.

Unfortunately I left a bottle of champagne in the kitchen cabinet. I acknowledge it's my own fault. However, when called back the next day, I was told there were no such a bottle. I can accept it's thrown away or the staff thought it's abandoned and took home/drank it. Plainly saying there's non-existent is troubling...

Suitable for travelers staying for a while, it has a kitchen and laundry facilities, but there's a persistent gas-like smell in the stairwell. The rooms themselves are clean and tidy, but overall, there's room for improvement. I hadn't noticed for several days that the hand soap was gone! 😆
