📍 Location & Access: Strategically located in a convenient area of Hong Kong, tucked between two metro stations (each about a 10-minute walk away). This makes getting around the city and reaching the center super easy. While the exterior of the building might look a bit uninviting at first glance, the interior is very modern, nicely decorated, and completely transformed inside. Fully digital keyless system - all entry doors operate via a code provided at check-in. 🛋️ Rooms & Amenities: Space & Comfort: Co-living style setup offering great value for Hong Kong. The room is small, but comfortable for a solo traveler with a carry-on (though two people with large suitcases might find it tight). Features a large and very comfortable bed, though light sleepers may need to tweak the blackout curtains a bit. Bathroom & Extras: Includes a well-equipped, decent-sized bathroom with toiletries. Comes with an in-room fridge, strong Wi-Fi, and powerful AC that cools the room down fast. 🛌🏻 Service & Facilities: The reception staff were super nice and extremely helpful. Guests also get access to a great common area to relax, unwind, and refill water. ⚖️ Finding fair-priced, high-quality accommodation in Hong Kong is tough, but this modern co-living space is an absolute gem for solo travelers - highly recommended!

I booked through Booking.com, and the hotel contacted me less than a week before my stay (which I had booked more than two months in advance) to ask me to cancel my reservation because they no longer had a room available for me. They offered no alternative accommodation. When I told them that there was no way I was going to cancel the reservation myself and that they had to find me somewhere else to stay, they simply replied that they would cancel it on their end.

The accommodation is okay for one night. It's actually a nice room, I liked it. Unfortunately, it's very noisy until about 11 pm, as if a shower was running next door or something – really very loud. The noise in the room wasn't coming from the street, but from something inside the building. Luckily, it stopped around 11 pm. The staff are friendly, that was fine. Check-in isn't until 3 pm, but you can at least drop off your luggage beforehand. There's no TV, which didn't bother me for just one night. It's funny that there's an alarm clock next to the bed with a USB port, but there isn't a USB port anywhere to be found. :-D The bed is big enough for a single room. What's completely unacceptable: There's an incredibly bright green LED above the foot of the bed. Not a smoke detector, just something similar to the lights in the bathroom. Much too bright for a bedroom. I've attached a picture. There's a kettle and cups in the room, but unfortunately no tea or coffee. A shame. A kettle and cups are provided in the room, but unfortunately no tea or coffee. A pity. The location is next to a small park, which is quite nice. The bus stops are also within easy walking distance.

The room was clean and tidy, with a large window facing the park. The long table was perfect for working. It was a five-minute walk to Mong Kok. The price was very reasonable.

This is a great place to crash for a night. The room was quiet, cozy, and impeccably clean. The woman who was working the front desk on July 24-25 2026 was one the nicest people that I’ve met this year; when I accidentally dropped a scrap of paper, she ran it up to my room. A note on the shower: water pressure was incredible, it’ll knock the freckles off your skin, but the temperature was lacking and I couldn’t get it very hot.

The staff are super helpful. Definitely enjoyed my stay here. Made my Hong Kong trip even better. The rooms are small but it's very well managed and the whole premises is very clean.

I had a small accident during my stay – my iPad slipped into the narrow gap between the wall and the bed. I honestly thought I will never see it again. I first called the hotline and was told by a “Mr So” that this is the first time this happens in the 7-yr operation of this premise. He said he will try helping to retrieve it. A few hours later I called again to inquire, but met with a negative result. I told Mr So there’s a socket on the wall and the gap is wide enough for any phone or iPad to drop. The hotel can’t deny liability as it is clearly a design defect! After much persuasion he agreed to send an engineer to help me but I have to wait as they don’t come everyday. I further suggested in the unlikely event if all failed, the hotel may need to dismantle the bed. I met with a straight NO, as “to dismantle the bed definitely costs more than an iPad” I said there’re important personal information in my iPad and I must have it back. But deep down with his cool response I’m not confident. On the appointment date Allan Kwok from the front office came, I was not pleased at the beginning as I expected an engineer! But Allan was incredibly polite, confident, and reassuring from the start. He told me he would try his best, and that’s exactly what he did. He kept me updated throughout the process, so I never felt left in the dark. In the end, he successfully retrieved my iPad – and he even went a step further by placing a few wooden planks in the gap to stop it from happening again. This saves future guests too. As a guest, I know that results aren't always guaranteed. But what really matters is knowing that the staff genuinely cares and gives his all. Allan certainly did that, and I truly appreciate his commitment. Thank you, Oootopia, for having such a dedicated team member. I would highly recommend this place – not just for the stay, but for the people who make it special.

A good option somewhere between a hotel and a guesthouse. I think it is well suited for solo travelers or people who mainly need a place to sleep, but still do not want to deal with major inconvenience. The property is small, so you do not have to spend time walking around a large hotel building, which was actually convenient. The location is also good. That said, it is not a perfect full-service hotel. Some details, especially cleaning and maintenance, felt a little rough in places. If you expect spotless rooms and hotel-level service in every detail, this may not be the best choice. But if you want a practical, reasonably comfortable base for sightseeing or a short stay, it works well.
