We spent three nights at the Fraser Suites Singapore and felt very comfortable. The apartments are spacious and very well-equipped – everything you need for a pleasant stay is provided. The excellent air conditioning and cleanliness were particularly noteworthy. We also really enjoyed the breakfast: a good selection and friendly service. However, the service at reception was somewhat inconsistent. The hotel is located a little outside the immediate city center, but it has excellent transport links, making it easy to reach Singapore's attractions. Overall, a very nice city hotel with plenty of space, good amenities, and a high level of comfort. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Fraser Suites Singapore for six months and had a fantastic experience. The room service team was outstanding and never left any wish unfulfilled. Special thanks to **Bala** and **Aiman** at the front desk, who were always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful at any time of day. I really enjoyed the beautiful views, the great pool, and the excellent shopping and wellness facilities in the same building. As a road cyclist, I also appreciated the secure and convenient bike parking in the garage. Highly recommended for both short and long-term stays! 😊

We stayed for four nights with our child. In conclusion, we would definitely like to stay here again. The room was very spacious, and we could easily open three suitcases. There was a sofa, so we could relax. We could stretch out our tired legs in the bathtub. However, the room wasn't cleaned. There was a washing machine (with dryer) and detergent was provided, so we could wash our swimsuits and clothes every day. When we ran out of towels, we asked the front desk and they kindly brought more. There's a supermarket downstairs and a hawker center nearby, which is convenient. All the hotel staff were kind and greeted us with smiles. After checking out, they let us eat the food we bought at the hawker center at a table outside the hotel. They also let us dispose of our trash. The hotel smelled nice, and the breakfast had a wide variety of Danish pastries, all of which were delicious. The toasted bread with kaya jam was especially delicious. It was quiet, and we slept soundly; it was truly comfortable. Highly recommended.

I have been staying at Fraser Suites for the past one week and have extended for another week. When I first walked in to ask about rates, I told your team I might be staying for one to two weeks. However, no one mentioned to me about the 14-night promotion as stated on your official website. I only saw it yesterday and was surprised why I was not offered the promotional rate. I felt it was quite unfair. I went to ask the front office staff and was told I am not eligible for the promotion as I stayed for one week and then extended for another week. I am very confused — what is the difference, as I am still paying straight for 14 days? Most importantly, why was this 14-day promotion not mentioned to me in the first place when I first enquired? If I had known, I would have booked for 14 nights straight to be eligible. I also explained at that time if I could pay for the first few nights first, as there is a card limit on my card and I am awaiting credits to be credited. That was the reason for paying weekly, but my intention was always to stay for 14 days. I have ended up paying the more expensive rates. It would be fine if the services offered are good. Your staff are generally good, but during breakfast one morning, I was approached by a waitress who thought I was sitting too long and asked me if I was done. I told her I was not done — I was still digesting and sipping my tea. Which hotel chases their guest away during breakfast? I have stayed in many five-star hotels and this is my first time encountering this. I was very disappointed as it dampened my breakfast mood that day. I wanted to find the managers to give feedback but surprisingly there were no superiors around. But waiter Dickson and KaiLi gave exceptional service. They are very helpful and friendly . 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I am currently still staying in the hotel and I hope service will improve despite paying more for the room rates. Follow up review: Very disappointed with Fraser Suites. We stayed for 2 weeks and wanted to extend for 5 more days, but were told no rooms available due to F1 and were put on a waitlist. We had to switch to another serviced apartment nearby in River Valley which has availability. As long-staying guests, we did not feel welcomed or valued at all. No effort to accommodate us. The only friendly and welcoming staff were in the breakfast restaurant and the housekeeping team.
