Exceptional view made me get lucky that night I’m so deeply happy with the service too

Five stars are so well deserved for this accommodation. The staff and the facilities are exceptional. Especially being a solo traveler I loved how safe I felt. Thulasi at the front desk welcomed me, showed me all the facilities and to my room. She was very attentive and helpful with any request I had. Her service was exceptional! Most of the time I had the pool to myself and if I needed anything, the staff were wonderful. The location is great, close to the river and all of the eateries, Zion Food Market, Clarke Quay, Havelock or Great Wall MRT Stations and a 10min walk to The Merlion and then onto Marina Bay Sands. I was even lucky enough to see the otters that live in the river behind the accommodation. I highly recommend this accommodation, especially for female solo travellers.

My wife and I just spent 8 nights here at Fraser Residence and have to say it’s by far one of the best places we’ve EVER stayed at. The location is good. It’s quiet, located right on the river and close to popular spots like Clarke Quay etc. Great world centre is a very short walk away and it too has a major train station. The team at Fraser were very welcoming and attentive to everyone’s needs. We would like to call our Roderick in particular who went well beyond to ensure not only our stay there but our entire Singapore experience was memorable. He was exceptional and an asset to Fraser Residence. The rooms are super nice, modern and clean. The pool is just magic and although we didn’t use it, the gym looked top notch too. The breakfast was outstanding and more than enough options and to top things off the evening snack were just an extra level of comfort and thought that we feel sets Fraser residence apart from loads of others. We were very impressed with the entire package here and will most certainly return again and everyone we know will also know that this is the place to stay when visiting beautiful Singapore. Stayed there for 2 weeks nearly 2 years ago. Absolutely loved it. Best housekeeping, helpful and gracious front of house! Tranquil and lovely location. Highly recommended.

We loved the location, it was peaceful, with plenty of restaurants etc around. There's a good hawker centre nearby and it's right on the river for walks into the centre. The room was great. Only negatives would be having to clear up your own breakfast plates (#5*hotel) and the quality of the breakfast was poor if you want continental-style stuff. Horrible sweet yogurt, random cereals suitable for under-5s, chewy nasty pastries, no marmalade, a toaster that didn't work and no butter on some days. So, 4 or 5* room, with a 2* breakfast. Would still recommend 🙂.
