The stay was good, but unfortunately the service by the hotel staff was unprofessional and unsupportive, I booked this place for a short stay to attend a friend’s wedding, all I wanted was a late check, I even offered to pay to have the place until 6pm. All the staff could say was sorry, and this request was made prior to the stay, I asked them during check-in and even online, no response or even an explanation about it. I had to call the reception at 10am on the day of the Check-out to ask about it again. This is not a so called 5 star hotel is supposed to function. I hope the staff of this hotel would be trained properly, service above self should be the motto of a hotel!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour and overall had an excellent experience. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. I would rate the apartment itself 4/5, while the cleanliness was excellent — 5/5. Everything was spotless and well prepared when we arrived. One of the highlights was definitely the view — 5/5. The surroundings of Puteri Harbour are beautiful, and the view added significantly to the experience, particularly when relaxing in the apartment. The swimming pool was another highlight — 5/5. It is a lovely facility and a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection, although there is some room for improvement in terms of variety, so I would give it 4/5. The location and parking were excellent — 5/5. Access was convenient, parking was straightforward, and Puteri Harbour is a pleasant and peaceful area to stay. Most importantly, the staff deserve 5/5. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Their attitude and hospitality made us feel very comfortable and genuinely added to the overall experience. Booked for lunch 2 persons for birthday celebrations on 18 august 2026 one day before asked for menu they sent exciting menu however on 18 there was nothing on the table according to menu sent. Food was very ordinary the fish was overcooked dry tasteless no sauce cooked by intern rice also overcooked no moisture dry.The lunch experiance so bad no value for money. They never wished me happy birthday nothing..Frasers place they dont have qualifued experianced chefs food is rubbish not worth it going there. I find it cheating sending u exciting menu but in reality rubbish food nothing from menu sent hence beware warning

Room is good, big and spacious. Service is amazing as well. The location is also quite good with 2 supermarket in walking distance and some restaurants. The neighborhood seems very safe. However it takes quite long to get grab cars, and the sound proof of the room is quite bad. They provided ear plugs probably because of that.

We checked in quite late, around 3:30 PM, and unfortunately, the baby cots were already fully occupied. It would have been helpful if more baby cots were available for families with young children. The room also felt quite dusty. We found dust collected along the outer edges of the bed area, as well as behind the curtains. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choices available Overall, our stay was decent.
