I was pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It's quite spacious, which I hadn't expected at all. It was also clean and well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and plenty of clothes hangers. My only criticism concerns the distance to the nearest train station. The entrance to the subway isn't particularly far, but depending on the line, you do have to walk a bit to reach the platform. On the other hand, there were several convenience stores (konbines) in the immediate vicinity. All in all, I would book this apartment again for a longer stay in Tokyo, especially if I wanted to stay in Shinjuku.

I have had a great time staying at Dash Living Shinjuku Sanchome - the location is great, handy to public transports, the apartment is modern, clean and quiet, the team at Dash Living is helpful most of the time. I look forward to staying there again next time I visit Tokyo

I stayed two months here and it was really like a home. Everything was so comfortable and convenient; I love the in-unit washer and the bathroom dryer, the super large bed, the 24hr garbage room, and the AirPlay ready TV (which could also be used as an extended monitor for work!). The location is also unbeatable as it is at the heart of Shinjuku but it’s also super quiet. I slept so well in the past two months! It’s about 5-7 min to the nearest subway station and there are two convenience stores and one supermarket within 3-min walk. There are also many neighborhood restaurants that are super friendly and affordable. I hate to leave and I’d love to stay here again next time in Tokyo! (The only caveat: there’s a sketchy wagyu restaurant right downstairs and it’s an expensive tourist trap. Stay away from there!)

Good place for a few nights or longer. A little away from some.of the night life bit also means quieter area. Room is spacious, has washing machine a dryer in bathroom ceiling so good for getting cloths cleaned and dried. Large fridge and cooking stovet and jug. Can be confussioning to get in from instructions they provide. Also check in is at 4pm, can l3qve bags anyone as not manned by anyone. Check out is 11am. All done via access controlled. doors.

I absolutely loved my stay with Dash Living! The team is so friendly and easy to communicate with, making things completely stress-free for a foreigner. Even though it's located in the bustling area of Shinjuku with endless fun things to do, the property itself is remarkably quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and brand new, and had every daily necessity provided. I’d recommend them to anyone and already planning to stay with them again next time!

Stay away from this place, narrow claustrofobic apartment, hard to move around, i booked for 550 eur and I was charged over 600 eur, unable to sleep, very soft matterace, it is to small for 2 people and if you want to leave door open a green light marking exit will be disturbing you, not enough space to put your own cosmetics

I had an excellent stay and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location is perfect—very convenient and well-connected, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The place itself was spotless, and the level of cleanliness really stood out from the moment I arrived. In terms of comfort, everything was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay as relaxing as possible. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities worked perfectly. What truly made the difference, though, was the outstanding customer service. Ken was incredibly helpful throughout my stay—always responsive, kind, and willing to assist with anything I needed. His support made everything smoother and more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!
