It's dirty and chaotic, the service is entirely self-service with no customer service, the check-in process is cumbersome and you can't find anyone, it's not worth the price at all, its only advantage is its location.

Location is ideal. Food and Lawson is nearby. WC is very small and tight. If you are 5'8" and taller, it will be difficult to close the toilet door. Bed is small, so for couple it will be tight. Room is clean, amenities is quite complete. Bath is 👍 good.

Honestly, don't know how others on booking.com give these apartments a 9 out of 10.....lucky to be a 6. Best points were the location, washing machine and bathroom that was a great drying room for washed items. Air conditioner worked well. Handy convenience store next door, great coffee shop on ground floor. Bad points....the toilet - if you're any taller than 5'6" you will struggle....the toilet room and position are totally unacceptable. A sofa was in all of the pictures on the website....but no sofa. TV channels unavailable unless you used your own pay service and Chromecast them. Netflix was available but again, only if you used your own account. Power point positioning was terrible. Lucky for an extension cord in the room. Couldn't walk around the end of the bed so had to roll across it to get from one side to the other. The balcony was extremely small and really was unable to be used for anything......had to roll across the bed to get to the balcony or open / close the curtains. Overall feel of the apartment was that it was like living in a caravan / RV. Was hoping for much better.

I stayed here this April, booking through Booking.com. They didn't leave a message, but oh well, I'll just share my experience here. They absolutely refuse refunds after booking, no matter what, I have no problem with that, please be aware of that. To be fair, the room was nice, but the cleaning was atrocious. They even charged a hefty cleaning fee, and there was a pile of food crumbs hidden under the sofa in the blanket. What I found most unbearable was that it's self-check-in. And then, they forgot to send me the login email the day before, making it impossible for me to enter the main gate and check in that evening! Luckily, someone opened the door for me to check in. Customer service was practically useless that night, only replying at 10 pm the next day. Even that wasn't all; I asked customer service for the main gate password. They had my booking number and confirmed it was me, but they just kept reading my order and wouldn't give me the password until I proactively asked if they could resend the email. A terrible customer service experience, extremely unreliable. Please be sure to pay attention to the above points if you are checking in. Otherwise, given the company's track record, I suspect they will not refund your money if you are unable to check in smoothly.

WiFi didn’t work for our entire trip. Room was subpar. Customer service horrendous. Beware the front door locks and you will need an entry code - be sure to save this or write it down as dash are pretty much unreachable. Our door code didn’t even work for our apartment door!

I stayed here for 10 days. The customer service staff is helpful. The check-in is very easy. Location is great, close to multiple metro stations. The building is very quiet. The room is equipped and somewhat spacious but given that it's not as clean as a hotel room, you are expected to clean it yourself, the sheets never get changed, trash is never taken out, the towels are small and very thin and don't get changed either, the entrance to the elevator smells like piss, the TV did not work, the washing machine was filthy and made my clothes filthy (because I didn't notice until they came out the wash) and the vacuum was also left filthy, this place is extremely overpriced. They offered a small refund because of the washing machine issue and solved all my other problems the next day but I shouldn't have had these problems and needed to contact them multiple times to begin with. If the price reflected the quality, this could've been a very acceptable accommodation because of the kitchen, the space and the location so if you happen to come across a good deal here, you can take it, it's not so bad but otherwise, it's a pass from me.

The main door was locked, making check-in impossible. There was no reply with the check-in password or other information, and calls went unanswered, ultimately preventing me from checking in.

I booked the place through booking and paid for it through non-refundable rate! Couple of days later they cancelled the booking, increased the price and send me a message if I want to book the same place for almost TWICE of the price. After 4 days I had not received any refund yet! (Yeah, of course they blame their partner, booking and my bank). To me I need to go through a lot of inconveniences just because they decided that the price was too low! Maybe you should have been careful not to offer it on the first place!!! I would never post here, but these situation never happened to me before. Makes me really unhappy and questioning the reliability of the place.
