Dash Living Ryogoku Unfortunately, our experience at Dash Living Ryogoku is disappointing, especially considering we rented the unit for three months. While the staff and workers were polite and tried to help, many of the issues seemed to come from larger maintenance and property management problems rather than the onsite workers The Security Guard during the day is kind and helpful. We are thankful. The apartment has poor ventilation and dirty vents, and there appears to be issues with the drain or trap systems. Strong sewer/ toxic gas smells regularly coming from the drains, which caused symptoms such as itchy throat, headaches, congestion, nausea, and discomfort during our stay. Temporary fixes were attempted, but the problems continues. There were also maintenance and cleanliness concerns including mites and spiders around the balcony area, an older dirty bidet, and overall ventilation issues that made the apartment feel unhealthy at times. We became sick very early into the stay, which made the experience especially stressful. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because the location itself has potential, and the staff were responsive and respectful. However, better maintenance, cleaning standards, and proper repair of the ventilation/drain systems are very needed for future tenants. Update: 9 days into our 3 month rental. We must continue to wear the mask in the apartment, no resolve to the sewer smells escaping all drains. Avoid renting 705 unit

Good service, Location is perfect near the Metro station, the room was good

As exchange students, we rented a room for six months. Everything went extremely well. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is ideal, in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. But what's truly fantastic about Dash Living is their impeccable customer service. They answered all our questions and were very responsive when we had any minor issues. We are extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend them!
