Original reviewVery clean guesthouse. There's a Lawson downstairs, but it's uphill to walk back from the station 😖😖

Original reviewIt’s located just 600 meters away from Osaki station. This is a living space with no reception. So there will not be anybody to assist. Everything is online and the entry is keyless and PIN based. Rooms are clean and tidy. They will not provide facilities like coffee. Bath towels, mats are not replaced regularly. They will supply 2 set for the entire stay period. No cleaning service however they provide vacuum cleaner. Visitors has to throw the trash in the designated place. No one will collect it from the room. Especially cooking utensils are very less. They will provide an electric rice cooker, spatula set, spoons, forks, 2 big and 2 small plates and 2 bowls. For cooking they only provide 1 sausage pan and 1 medium size cooking bowl.

Original reviewThis is a great little apartment. The room is new, so there's no need to worry about cleanliness. We stayed for eight nights, and the soundproofing was pretty good 👌. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The only downsides were that the bed was a little soft and there were no slippers. Location-wise, it's about a ten-minute walk uphill from the subway station. There's a convenience store downstairs, which is quite convenient.

Original reviewThis is a great small apartment in Tokyo. The room is new and the facilities are all shiny. There is no need to worry about hygiene. We stayed two nights on the top floor. The night view of Tokyo city is fascinating. We cooked done light food and found the kitchen useful despite lack of place to lay out the plates. The room provides two sets of towels and that’s all about it. There is no toothbrush or razor. The second day was rainy but there is no umbrella. There are also no trash bags and we had to use the grocery bag for trash. Some people commented on its location. I would give it four stars towards five. It’s ten minutes uphill walk from the metro station. There is Lawson downstairs and a supermarket in ten minutes walking distance.

Original reviewIt's not a bad place, but I followed the instructions in the email when I first entered, but it didn't work out. It would have been better if the instructions were more helpful. That's the only drawback. There's a Lawson right next door, and it's in a quiet neighborhood, which is great.

Original reviewThe location is excellent. It's easily accessible by car or taxi, has a spacious entrance for luggage, and the interiors are very clean. It also has adequate supplies for the guests. The bathroom and toilet area is spacious and quite comfortable. Guests with large suitcases could struggle to store or move their bags around. Cooking something is almost impossible due to space constraints. The Lawson, available 24/7, on the ground floor (1st floor in Japan), is another strong argument for choosing this option. It's extremely convenient for grabbing food, drinks, toiletries, or accessories.

Original reviewGreat spot to stay and quite spacious. Fully equiped and neat and clean. Only thing is a bit of a walk up the hill from the station and with a heavy suitcase after a long flight... But highly recommended for price and location.

Original reviewI couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Tokyo! This flat met all my expectations and made me feel like I was truly living in the city, not just visiting as a tourist. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the station, making it super convenient to get around, and right next to a convenience store, which was incredibly handy. The apartment itself was spotless, with a fresh refurbishment that made everything feel new and well-maintained. It had all the amenities I needed, so I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay. Whether it was cooking a quick meal or just unwinding after a day out, everything was set up for a smooth experience. More than just a place to sleep, this flat gave me the sense of actually being part of Tokyo life. If you’re looking for a stay that’s both practical and immersive, this is the perfect choice. I would absolutely stay here again!

Original reviewI stayed for 8 days. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the subway station. The price was reasonable, and the interior was beautifully decorated. All the necessities and equipment were provided, and the TV had a Netflix account, so I wasn't bored watching TV at night.
