I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is great, and the room is spacious with plenty of space to relax.

Great location. We booked two rooms. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need: dishes, a washing machine, a stove, and other appliances. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our 12-day stay.

The location is very convenient and Ningyocho is a great area, with easy access to public transport, restaurants and shops nearby. Unfortunately, the room condition and cleanliness were disappointing. I found a lot of hair around the bed and also hair left in the bathroom drain, which appeared to be from previous guests. The window curtain also had visible stains and marks. The most unpleasant part was the toilet area. There were pieces of toilet paper stuck on the toilet plunger, which was honestly quite disgusting and made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before check-in. The room itself is functional and the location is definitely a strong point, but the housekeeping standard needs significant improvement. Overall, good location, but the room condition and cleanliness were only so-so and below my expectations.

This is our second time staying here. There's nothing to complain about. Great location, situated in a nice neighborhood. The room has everything you need. It gave me a great time in Tokyo. You couldn't ask for more.

I really loved my stay here! I stayed in the “cozy modern studio” and it was actually so spacious by Tokyo’s standards. I was pleasantly surprised it even came with a laundry machine which made my stay very comfortable. You can hang your clothes in the bathing area and turn on the “clothes drying mode” with the vent. It was super clean and the location was ideal for all the things I wanted to do during my stay. It’s not a touristy area and was perfect to escape the crowds and have a more local experience. Theres a family mart around the corner and lots of izakayas/other great spots in the area. I would definitely stay here again! My one feedback is that there is a musty smell in the room. You stop noticing it after a few minutes, but every time you re-enter the smell is apparent. I’d recommend fixing this somehow but otherwise the stay was perfect.

Great location, 200 mts from metro and has direct connectivity to Ginza and Shibuya Bath room is slightly congested but its fine

Due to the mixed reviews, we were a little hesitant to rent the apartment. But I can assure you that it's a very, very nice, clean place. There were absolutely no unpleasant moments or odors. The apartment was beautiful, perfectly clean, and spacious. It had a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a comfortable bed. This was definitely the best value accommodation in Tokyo for price, quality, location, and size that we stayed in during our trip!
