Beautiful, recently built, modern building. Modern apartments. Located in the immediate vicinity of bus line 6 (Shibuya) and a convenience store (Family Mart).

If it's a check-in mistake, please handle it properly; The key password didn't work, and there was no physical key. It was raining heavily, but there was absolutely no follow-up response. I don't know if they expected me to wait all night for the maintenance team to wake up, but after making a complete fool of myself for two hours, I found another place to stay and took a taxi back. Even the next day, there was no contact whatsoever. Seriously, if you don't have the capacity, just don't do it. I don't know why they even have a 24-hour customer center if they don't even provide proper support. Ugh, I'm getting angry again just writing this. It's truly the worst.

The apartment itself is fine, no problems, quite new. The problem lies with the management; they're not a very responsible real estate agent... The blankets smell terrible, like they weren't dried properly after washing and have been sitting around for days. They really stink... The hairdryer is also pretty bad...

The air conditioner in room 705 is broken. In this sweltering heat, two people have already come to check if the air conditioner was pressed incorrectly, but even after checking twice, there's still no solution. We can't change rooms either. To make matters worse, we later discovered the door lock is broken. The experience has been extremely unpleasant.

Room is spacious and has everything you need for your stay: kitchen appliances, tableware, iron, washing machine. It feels so relaxing coming back to the room after a busy day out. Besides the metro, there’s a bus stop nearby. Can get to Shibuya in about 20 minutes by bus without needing to transfer
