My stay at Dash Living Kagurazaka was fantastic! The apartment was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and in a great location with convenient access to amenities and transportation. Special thanks to staff members Pakben and Kalinda; they were responsive and patient throughout, handling all check-in and daily tasks exceptionally well. Their attentive and efficient service made the entire stay easy and comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely choose it again next time.

Highly NOT recommend booking. 1. No check in details were sent via email. 2. No response from host on Agoda message 3. Tiny room and single bed BUT it claims to fit 2 persons 4. Extremely poor sound insulation. Moan can be heard from adjacent room. 5. ZERO toothbrush, toothpaste 6. High price

I was very happy with these apartments! Compared to most places in Tokyo, they were surprisingly spacious and comfortable. I also really liked the location — quiet, cozy, and pleasant. I didn’t mind walking a bit to the nearest station at all. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the people in the area were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again! The only small downside was that the bed was a bit wobbly, and I wish there had been a few more towels provided. 9/10

We stayed at this Dash Living for 10 nights. The apartment was clean and had a modern, minimalist design, which created a pleasant environment during our stay. However, there were a few drawbacks. The location is a bit removed from many of Tokyo’s main tourist attractions, which meant longer travel times to get around the city. The bed was quite soft, which may suit some guests, but personally, it wasn’t the most comfortable for sleeping. Soundproofing could also be improved, as we could hear footsteps and conversations from the hallway and lobby. Another issue we encountered was with the hairdryer provided. After using it for more than a few minutes, the power in the entire apartment would shut off. This happened consistently, even when trying different outlets. Unfortunately, no solution was provided during our stay. :(
