Large, very clean room and good communication with the host. The subway is right across the street or the subway elevator is just a few meters away on the same street. If you're looking to stay near Tokyo Tower, this is an excellent option.

1 minute from the subway, near Tokyo Tower, spacious rooms for the price

We arrived to find no hot water or gas, and there were no sets of towels (the ones they had were transparent). The reservation was for four people, and there was only one small table, one chair, and one cup. We contacted customer service, and after countless attempts to get through, they finally sent a technician 24 hours later to fix the water and gas for the stove. The missing towels and cups never arrived. As a side note, when we complained about the quality of the towels, the response was that they were designed that way to provide an experience similar to old-fashioned Japan! And if we didn't like it, they invited us to buy our own towels elsewhere.

We didn’t have a good experience in the accommodation: smelly bathroom (clogged drain situation), dirty, sleeping problems (both because of the noise and the sun in the morning; curtains don't really work) After visiting many places with great hospitality, this place felt like a cheap, fully commercial place and eventually it did not match with the photos nor with our expectations!

Awesome location! Although I'll say the agoda customer service was subpar, I couldn't figure out how to see the room instructions since agoda blocked the link. The room is awesome and huge considering it's right beside tokyo tower. Hygiene wise was ok too! One sad thing was I had to sort out the trash myself, quite confusing. But it is only 2 stops from Roppongi, and I really enjoyed myself in the hotel :) Will book again.

The futons are thin, even though it's winter. There is noise from cars and outside even inside the room. When checking in, the internet connection on the tablet was poor, which took extra time and required me to call. What's more, there was no answer the first time I called. If you are going to have unmanned check-in, please make sure that customers can check in smoothly.
