The management of this hotel is truly unbelievable. On Google Maps, the hotel's location is set to the building next door. Even though this has apparently caused people to be mistakenly directed to the neighboring building multiple times, the hotel has taken no effective measures to correct the problem. As a result, many people are still mistakenly entering the neighboring building, just as I did. The green area in the image shows the hotel's actual location. It is not the building next door. The management of this hotel is honestly unbelievable. The hotel’s location on Google Maps is placed on the wrong building next door. Even though this has apparently caused people to be directed to the neighboring building multiple times, the hotel has still taken no effective measures to correct the problem. As a result, many people are still mistakenly entering the neighboring building, just as I did. The green area in the image shows the hotel’s actual location. It is not the neighboring building. The management of this hotel is truly difficult to understand. The liquor store is located on Google's map. In the course of the management of the building, the number of productions, the arrival of the guests, the construction of the premises, and the implementation of the necessary measures, including the establishment of the liquor store, which is currently unoccupied. Because of this, there are currently a lot of people in the picture, so we are going to build a liquor store, and then we will continue to build a restaurant. The green area in the middle of the picture indicates the actual location of the local liquor store, which is the actual construction of Nagai.

👍The room was beautiful and conveniently located! 👎Update after check-out: I checked out on June 30th, and it's now August 4th—a full 34 days later—and I still haven't received my deposit back, nor have I been given any explanation for the delay. The salesperson said it would be refunded within 15 days, and the contract also states it will be refunded within 30 days. I tried contacting customer service on various platforms of this company, but they all just passed the buck. Calling the company headquarters resulted in an immediate refund. Contacting the bilingual customer service was pointless. I hope this experience will be helpful to future guests.

My stay at Dash Living Asakusa South was excellent. I accidentally lost my exam admission ticket, but thanks to the kind help of Kalinda and Pakben, they found it for me. Their service was incredibly attentive and efficient; highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. Except for the double bed, which was too narrow unless you slept in each other's arms. The staff was very responsive, and a special mention for Cherry. I recommend it.
