The accommodation itself was very cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. All the necessary facilities were available, and everything in the room was arranged properly. The instructions and manuals for the home appliances were also provided, which made everything easy to understand. Considering the price, I felt it was good value for money. However, the Wi-Fi connection needs improvement. Unfortunately, my check-in experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. As first-time international travellers, we were unfamiliar with Tokyo's accommodation system. Both the building entrance and the room required access codes, but we did not receive any access codes or room number from Agora before arriving. We only received the booking confirmation PDF, which did not contain these essential details. Since there was no front desk available, we had no one to contact for immediate assistance. We travelled from Kyoto to Tokyo and arrived at around 4:30 PM, only to find ourselves stranded in an unfamiliar place. We tried contacting Agora, but we did not receive a timely response. We ended up waiting for almost four hours, which was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. We also had a booking for Shibuya Sky that day, making the situation even more stressful. My main concern is the lack of communication and proper check-in instructions. If a property operates without a front desk, it is absolutely essential to provide guests with the room number, entry codes, and clear check-in instructions well in advance. This information should be shared before arrival, especially when guests are travelling internationally for the first time. I really liked the room and its facilities, but the check-in experience was unacceptable. When guests pay for accommodation, they should receive all the essential information needed to access their room without unnecessary stress. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication and check-in process so that other guests do not have to go through the same experience

The place was spotlessly clean and I had a very pleasant stay✨ Thank you very much There was a drugstore two doors down, which was convenient for buying various things since I was only visiting Japan temporarily◎ There was a 7-Eleven and a Maruetsu Petit nearby, so I could find almost anything I needed. The nearest supermarket is a bit of a walk away, but I recommend Summit Ryogoku store for its delicious prepared foods🤤 Oshiage was also within walking distance and had everything I needed🚶 I would like to stay here again when I visit Japan temporarily

Great spacious apartment. Calm residential area but well connected. Amazing view to the Tokyo Skytower, and balcony available.

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend this place! The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, which made getting around Tokyo very easy. The online customer service was also excellent. No matter what time we sent a message through Booking.com, even if they couldn’t reply immediately, they usually got back to us within an hour. Whenever we had a question or needed help, they handled everything quickly, kindly, and efficiently, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The accommodation itself was also very clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Tokyo!

The room was very clean and the facilities were very new. The access control with a keypad lock was very secure. There were staff members downstairs who cleaned the garbage and recycling areas daily, and they greeted us warmly when they saw us leaving in the morning. Transportation was convenient; it was easy to find public transportation and there were also convenience stores nearby.

Located in a very calm neighbourhood. The stay was very clean. They have a 24x7 live chat support which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!
